Secrets of Successful

Scale-up for SMEs

The challenges of starting a business and smoothening the rough edges to create a sustainable business model – that diamond that you hope will last you a long, long time and could be passed down the generations – are milestones that you have long crossed. As an SME that has survived the bumpy drive towards creating a stable company, do you now sit down and relax, and watch the business flourish within its known boundaries? Or do you itch to expand the horizons, extend the organization in new directions through strategic diversification, multiply your revenues, professionalise your business and create a new roadmap for growth and excellence?

If it is the latter category where your SME’s ambitions lie, we cordially invite you to a first of its kind, curated event for the business owners and founders of select companies.

Today the SME sector is a critical component of India’s economy, contributing to more than 40% of the country’s exports and employing about 106 million people (which is 40% of India’s workforce).  With 42 million+ SME’s in India, which are typically entrepreneur and family-run businesses in the Manufacturing and Service sectors, the issues of growth and scaleup are an ever-present challenge. To address the challenges and thereby ensure that SMEs do not face stagnation of growth due to a lack of access to par excellence strategy, talent or finances, IndusGuru Network Partners joins hands with the philanthropic incubator Wadhwani Foundation Advantage to bring to you the second edition of Gurukul.

Learnings from a Scale-up Journey : featuring SME Business Leaders who have successfully transformed small, family-run businesses to well managed and growing modern organisations
